Younger workers prefer ‘telework’ more than managers

Everybody with a laptop and the ability to dream has likely thought sometime that working at home would be a great way to beat those commuting blues, keep in touch with the kids and still manage to climb the corporate ladder.
It’s called telework — the ability to work away from your office using a little modern technology, yet still be as productive and effective.
